Because of the nature of beauty products, certain items may not be eligible for return once opened or used. Please review the details below carefully.

To request a return or report an issue with your order, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. Include your order number and, if applicable, photos of the item.

To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

We reserve the right to deny returns that do not meet our return policy requirements.
